It synthesizes the properties of PET and PTT, having particular three-dimensional curls which the PET and PTT havn't. It Makes up the flaw of the sole component, and obtains the synthesis, ideal properties and shape structure.In order to empolder and apply the value of PTT/PET bicomponet fiber, broaden the kinds of textile materials and achieve high quality fabrics . in this paper, the shape structure and the properties of the PTT/PET bicomponet fiber are studied thoroughly, Through testing the properties of the fabrics made by ourself and the cooperative enterprise, analyzed the PTT short fiber and the filament , the PTT/PET bicomponet fiber fabric properties, obtained the following four main aspect result: 1. The PTT/PET bicomponet filament has Three dimensional spiral-shaped curls, the three-dimensional curls can give the fabric a perfect puff, the PTT/PET bicomponet filament's section look like peanut , the groove of the fiber can make the fabric have a good capability in transmitting damp, the PTT/PET filament have a good tensility, that will make the fabric have a good tensility too.2. After disposed by the hot water, three-dimension aspira-shaped curls of The PTT/PET bicomponet filament become more crowded and tiny, That will make its fabric after boiled manifest a better elasticity .The mightiness of the PTT/PET parataxis compound yarn disposed by the hot water is low than that as not disposed by the hot water, with the temperature increasing, elongation at break increase, coefficient of variation of the filament ' mightiness disposed by the hot water is all high than that was not disposed by the hot water.3.The histological structure will affect the elasticity of the woven fabric made from the PTT/PET bicomponet filament.
