This paper is aim to entirely and deeply analyze a fundamental conception an effect elements for indoor air quality, and the first time this article use AHP for the weighting right indoor chemical pollution distribution, decide the chemical and physical elements of influence indoor air quality. and it make the weighting more reasonable and scientific. It point out that the IAQ is a course outcome. It include process from find problem to solve problem. And bring forward the idea to the whole course control in succession. It change the normal method for "beginning control" and "goal control". With the development of living level, upholster is dispensability for indoor, the using of decorative material produce plenty of poisonous,baleful chemical substance. These substance make the air indoor into bad, and threaten the healthy in the door if these cumulate .What's more it will reduce work efficiency. The past method of IAQA is subjective assessment or giving priority subjective assessment. But people will adapt to indoor environment due to settle in the door long-term, which it lead to incorrectness. So, we can't only use subjective assessment for IAQ. In this article, the author bring forward the best and the reasonable assessing method ,which it is combining the subjective assessment to objective assessment. The method overcome the shortage, which the people indoor will adapt to indoor environment.In subjective assessment, the author modification the past method and thought with reference the reality. In the objective assessment, This article also take into account the character of the IAQ and build up the mathematics model which it use fuzzy mathematics synthetic evaluation , and use it in the reality office building's indoor air quality assess, the method which this article bring for ward is exact according to analyze the results . In this article also use Delphi7.0 computer programming language to develop a accordance program for Indoor Air Quality Assessment. (IAQA) It not only avoid minute and complicated calculation by hand, but also save expenses for evaluation.
