By analyzing the statistical data about the accident of indoor environmental pollution and the factor influencing indoor environmental quality, the thesis summarized the safety assessment index system of indoor air environment, which include the pollution of decoration materials of building (considered especially), outdoor air, people's own factor and indoor electrical equipments. With the systematic engineering principle and the analytic hierarchy process, the degree of each assessment index influencing the environment safe of the indoor air is confirmed. And the safety state of indoor air environment is assessed with quality and quantity, based on the second grade comprehensive appraisal mathematics model which is set up by using fuzzy mathematics and the theory of fuzzy control and structuring subordinating degree subset table in advance. The mathematics model is verified by the measuring data of Beijing Xinjianzhi Engineering Measuring department. To the pollution problem of indoor air environment, the thesis put forward many concrete improving measure which may avoid the risk, promote function of safe prewarning, also for the owner and relevant to supervise and administrative department to manage indoor air environment safe, offer a scientific basis.
