Study On The Effect Of Law Implementation

China's agricultural ecological compensation system is a typical ecological compensation system.Its concept is very general.Up to now,China has not yet had a law on agricultural ecological compensation,but only has some reflected in relevant government policies.The agricultural ecological compensation system embodied in the sectoral policies of our country has obvious deficiencies in the system itself and its operation.Therefore,it has severely restricted the healthy development of rural economy.In eastern agricultural and pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia,the ecological damage to the environment has led to the death of cattle and sheep,and frequent ecological compensation cases have occurred.In the process of ecological compensation,problems such as weak operability of the system,lack of rich ecological compensation methods and inadequate compensation have emerged.In order to solve the problems existing in the ecological restoration compensation,the author understands the domestic and international theoretical regulations of ecological compensation and the basis of China's ecological compensation policy,from books,and puts forward some suggestions to improve the ecological compensation in the eastern agricultural and pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia.The key to improvement is to issue the relevant laws of ecological compensation in the agricultural and pastoral areas of eastern Inner Mongolia.In this law,not only the main body of ecological compensation but also the compensation method and the standard of compensation should be clearly defined.This will provide a strong guarantee for the practice of ecological compensation in the farming and pastoral areas in eastern Inner Mongolia.
