Camellia is characteristic kinds of trees of edible oil seed in our country. Camellia oleosa seed oil ,within plentiful unsaturated fatty acids, especially oleic acid content from 74% to 87% compared to olive oil, is a good edible and health protection senior oil.Traditionally, there are considerable refining defects which seriously affect camellia oleosa seed oil oleic acid content of the final product; In addition, the traditional antioxidant method also affects its durability and quality. According to technological craft problems of camellia oleosa seed oil refining process, a more systematic experimental analysis is proposed using just squeezing crude camellia oleosa seed oil as raw materials. Firstly, in order to screen organic membrane materials, the micellar phospholipid molecular weight in camellia crude oil was analyzed by considering membrane flux and the ratio of phospholipid degumming; then, degumming process parameters of UF were optimized. Secondly, bleaching conditions was studied with activated carbon combined with activated clay at low temperatures and vacuum to optimized the bleaching craft parameters; then, the bleaching process parameters was optimized by considering FFA and POV. Finally, through analysis and comparison with the traditional anti-oxidation method, camellia oleosa seed oil anti-oxidation experiments were made to enhance its quality and prolong its shelf life after deodorization, adopting two-phases adding to compounded natural antioxidants. The results were as below:(1) Under the conditions of MWCO 50,000 of polypropylene( PP)membrane, operating pressure 0.30MPa, operating temperature of 40℃, 250 L/h flow rate, membrane flux of 48 L/m2-h, the rate for removal of phospholipids could reach 99.6%, and the oleic acid content was 82.6% in the camellia oleosa seed oil; Moreover, the expected effect was achieved under the condition of 30min cleaning PP membrane with 40% ethanol per 150min-operating. (2) Camellia oleosa seed oil was to bleaching in the conditions of activated carbon and activated clay ratio of l:12(0.17%:2%), 85℃bleaching temperature, 22min bleaching time, 240r/min stirring speed and 92kPa vacuum. The obtained camellia oleosa seed oil luster was Y35+R0.4, and the AV was 3.40mgKOH/g.(3) Under the conditions of 240℃deodoring temperature, 2% steam consumption, 0.133kPa vacuum, and deodoring time of 2.5h for camellia oleosa seed oil ,the FFAs of camellia oleosa seed oil fell to 0.03%, the POV fell to 0.2 mmol/kg.(4) Adopting two-phase adding to compounded natural antioxidants for camellia oleosa seed oil. In first phase, the compounded natural antioxidants (0.020%LTPC + 0.020% PG + 0.015% Lemond Acid) was achieved through 17 days of intensive experiment. Then, in the second phase, the compounded natural antioxidants (0.020% LTPC + 0.015% PG + 0.020% Lemond Acid) was achieved through L9 (34) orthogonal experiment, which could control the camellia oleosa seed oil POV at 0.7mmol/kg.Finally, through comparison of two ways of anti-oxidation ,the result was made that two-phase anti-oxidation was mostly senior to traditional anti-oxidation.(5) Through physical and chemical analysis for refined camellia oleosa seed oil, oleic acid content reached as high as 82.3%, quite content with the olive oil, and quite content vitamin E was in it. Refined camellia oleosa seed oil is a kind of oil with the function of the human-body; meanwhile, understanding its properties provides a scientific basis for further processing and development.
