As a labor-intensive industry, vegetable industry is the dominant industry in our country.China has become the world's largest vegetable production and sales. With the rapid development of China's vegetable industry,China has become the world's largest producer of agricultural waste, and China's waste production and proportion is also rising rapidly. At present,Due to limitations of technical,Vegetable waste is accumulated at will and burned on site like as domestic waste. So this is easy to cause waste of resources, environmental pollution and the possession of land resources. Therefore,Vegetable waste disposal is a problem to be solved, and it is a severe test for human beings. In this experiment,Artemisia selengensis waste as raw materials, and we explore the effect of Artemisia selengensis waste composting by 3 different agents, and also study the effect of Artemisia selengensis waste compost product as substrate on the growth of the Spathiphyllum,Anthurium and pineapple flowers.we also study the effects of Microbial ensilaged Artemisia selengensis waste by 3 Microbial Inoculatios. The further study is to discuss the effect of the artemisia selengensis waste composting on the growth, the feed weight ratio and Serum biochemical indexes of the free-range chicken as the diet of chicken. The main results were as follows:1.The study of the Artemisia selengensis waste composting by 3 different agents showed that all temperature and the duration of high temperature rose up to the hygienic standard. The p H value first increased and after decreased in the whole composting process, and eventually stabilized in the range of 8-8.20,reached maturity standard. The rate of water content showed a downward trend, and it is is ultimately stable in the range of 31%-36%;The Germination index GI reached more than 80%,So as to achieve harmless standards. The study of the changes of the Organic matter, total nitrogen and C/N ratio in the Artemisia selengensis waste composting process showed that these adding microbial inoculants treatments can significantly improve2.the degradation of organic matter, the total nitrogen content compared with the control group of V0C/N ratio reduced and finally reached a stable trend.Compared with the control group V0,the C/N ratio of thes e treatment groups decreased drastically, relatively fast, the adding compost treatments can accelerate the degradation of organic matter and The best treatment was the 3 treatment.3.The Substrates were composed of the Artemisia selengensis waste compost, peat and wood products in the ratio of 5:3:2,and the Holland imported cultivation substrate as a control group. All the flowers grew well in all substrates, and There exist no significant changes in any treatments.4.The study of microbial ensilaged artemisia selengensis wastet by 3 different inoculations showed that the fermentation quality of microbial products was improved, the p H value was reduced, the content of DM and CA were increased in order to reduce the loss of nutrients by inoculation, and the addition of inoculum could also increase the content of crude protein and the content of fiber.Among all treatments, the Y2 and Y3 of the inoculation.4.The Y2?Y3 microbial products were added to the complete feed in the ratio of 4%,8% and 12%,and the 100% complete was a control group. This experiment showed that The more additive contents, the more unfavorable for the growth of chicken, but the A1 treatment was the best one.The results of serum biochemical parameters showed:The concentration of TP,ALB,TC,TG,UA,UREA were remarkable increased for administered microbial products through the feed. With the differents additive contents of microbial products and different kinds of microbial products,The effect of growth and the serum biochemical parameters were also different.Judging from the total effects of microbial products,The best group was 4 %Y2.
