The heat resistant coating is a sort of special functionality coating that generally refers tothe coating can endure the long-term high temperature above 200℃, and also can keep certainphysical chemistry functions, enable the protective object normally working inhigh-temperature environments. The heat resistant coating has widely used in the petroleum,the chemical industry, the metallurgy, the transportation, the astronavigation, the armamentand so on. With the development of the aviation and astronavigation enterprise, the importantrole of heat resistant coating has aroused the various concerns.This research synthesized the good storing and reacting organic silicone oligomer, alsosynthesized the epoxy-silicone resin by the heat polycondensation. The experiment provedthat the epoxy-silicone resin has excellent heat resistance. We prepared heat-resisting coatingfor different temperature by adding novolac oligomer and different pigments and fillers. Andthe structure and properties were characterized and tested respectively.1. Take the methyltriethoxysilane, the phenyltriethoxysilane, the triethoxyphenylsilaneand the dimethyldiethoxysilane as raw materials, take the hydrochloric acid as the catalyst, wesynthesized organic silicone oligomer with new craft of water insufficient quantitypolycondensation. The research indicated that the main influencing factor to the performanceof organic silicon oligomer in the polymerization craft is the water quantity, the next isreaction time, and the reactive temperature influence is smallest.2. The research Chooses the E-20 epoxy resin and thesilicone oligomer according to1:1 (mass ratio) synthesized the epoxy-silicone resin. We controlled the reactive temperaturefrom 150℃to 170℃, reduced the reaction time to 1h by adding the tetrabutyl titanate (0.5%)as the catalyst. The decomposition temperature of synthetic resin is about 300℃.3. The novolac oligomer that the softening point is 78℃~82℃was prepared, and wetake it as curing agent for epoxy-silicone resin. It was shown that the optimum curing temperature is 100℃, the curing time is 1h, the amount of curing agent is 25%~35%.4. The research ascertained different pigments and fillers according to the operationrequirement, the formula of the colorless coating, the white titanium dioxide coating, thealuminum powder coating and the graphite add carbon black mix coating were studied, themechanical and chemical properties of paint film were tested. The research indicated that thecoating of epoxy-silicone-phenolic resin is of highly heating-resistant property, and maximumtemperature can be reached 1000℃.
