The powdery emulsion explosives is a new style industry explosive which has some performances of both powdery explosive and emulsion explosives in the middle-range of 1990s.It has quality of both explosive and water-resistant performance, so it soon be popularized and used extensively. When it is used, the reel could be easily"peel-back"or"sink-head"and led to its explosion performance falling down. So it is the key to modify both batch formula and preparation technology and to improve its long-term storage stability, which can accelerate its development quickly.Basing on the axiom of powder emulsion explosives,theory of lattices formation and stabilization,theory of heat transfer and explosion detonation, some influence factors are analyzed which affect its explosion and stability from its components and emulsion colloid emulsion technology condition and cool crushing technology. A type of batch formula of powder emulsion explosive designed, its components include emulsifier, polystyrene high polymer, gelatin glue and neopelex and so on. Orthogonal experiment under the laboratory condition is used to optimize batch formula of preparing the powder emulsion explosive and emulsify technology. By contrast, its explosive performance and stability performance individually corresponds to or even exceed the national standards. It has also found that the performance of production would be better if preparation technology and equipment condition were further improved.
