For the traditional mortar has the shortage of single category and bad capability, it can not meet the requirement of the engineering. Therefore, it becomes more and more important that we should accelerate the professional process of construction mortar and develop commercial mortar greatly. Especially, dry mortar has been developing quickly and extensively applied in Europe, America and Japan for its high quality, technique of prompt construction and multifunction. At present, the study of dry mortar that uses the fly ash as mix material is only in developing period.The green dry mortar with fly ash and composite green dry mortar was studied in this thesis, which was mixed with water-retention and plastic material that was made up of K12,AES,MDA. The DM5.0 mortar was the main study subject of the study . Different influential factor to the mortar thickness delamination , and compressive strength was analyses by orthogonal experiment. The best prescription and mix rate for water-retention and plastic material was found out. At the same time, this thesis compared the green dry mortar with fly ash and composite green dry mortar with traditional mortar, and discussed the action process of water-retention and plastic material. The study showed that the green dry mortar with fly ash and composite green dry mortar had not only improved the capability of application effectively, but also promoted the compressive strength of mortar. Both green dry mortar with fly ash and composite green dry mortar can make into M2.5-M10 mortar.
