Coordinate chemistry is an edge academic discipline based on inorganic chemistry. The present coordinate chemistry develops along the extent, deepness and appliance. With the development of the high-tech industries, the functional coordination compounds, which are special physical, chemistry and biochemistry function, are get vigorous development in international scope. But arsenic complexes of main-group elements were still less researched. With the development of modern medicine, more and more people realized that many main group element and their some complexes had the important pharmaceutical function. The research of arsenic trioxide (As2O3) used for curing acute promyelocytic leukemia and tumor had gained great progress. But the medicinal value of As2O3 was influenced because of its toxic effect. So, if the new arsenic compounds having more curative effect are studied and cure cancer, it will have the important applied cost for the development of medicine at home and abroad, and have the basic research meaning to develop the metallic element chemistry of main group.Amino acid is the basic structural unit of the biomacromolecules included proteins, enzymes and so on in the organisms, and is the minor-molecular legend having double functional groups of the amino and carboxyl groups, and is the important constitution of the organisms. The aim of this study was to synthesis arsenic complexes using amino acid having biological function by the solid phase reaction at room temperature, and selected antibacterial and anti-inflammatory chemotherapeutic drugs, and provided theoretical foundation for clinical, basic research and seeking for more new drugs in medical field.we placed emphasis on studying on the solid phase reaction of arsenic complexes and have done some work in this paper.First Synthesis and characterization of arsenic complexes by solid phase reaction at room temperature Arsenic complexes of arsenic compound and amino acid were synthesized by the solid phase reaction and characterized by elemental analysis, X-ray powder diffraction, UV spectra, IR spectra and TG/DTA . As a result, the complexes had the effect of bacteriostasis to salmonella typhi, and bacteriostatic rings diameter was bigger than that of nitrofurazoni.2 Study on the anti-tumor activity of arsenic complexesIn this paper, arsenic complexes were selected and determined the LD50 dose and the suitable maximum tolerance experiment dose. On the basis of experimental results, anti-solid tumor and anti-ascites tumour of the complexes were studied. The experimental results showed that some complexes had the anti-tumor activity.
