The influence of the unbalance part to the machine tools is very big, the text we discussed is the problem of the unbalance of the important part of the brake mechanical of the car, the shape of the part is very complex and its quality center and running center have some distance, and its running axis and its inertia axis has also a little angle. In a word, it has great unbalance, it need be balanced. Because this part can't be added balance quality directly as the limitation of the condition, in order to balance and machining the part, we design a clamp which is easy to install the balance quality. Then assemble them to do the balance, after computing,analysis and balance it in theory, get the bulk and direction of the balance quality, then have a emulation analysis to their movement and force by simulating the mode of balance machine and the support mode of the lathe's main shaft, then simulate the machining situation and measure the force to the brace, then obtain some conclusion.the detail context is next.1 Setting up the model of the autoregulation arm ,by analyzing it quality specialty and unbalance characteristic we designed the clamp which is used for machining its inner whole, and design the device of installing the emendation quality.2 Computing the theoretic unbalance of the part, and analyze its unbalance characteristic, and then have a theoretic balance emendation and its precision and error analysis.3 Analyze the characteristic of the balance machine, and have a emulation analysis to the clamp and its part by simulating the mode of balance machine and the support of the main shaft of the lathe, then analyze the support's force in some rotating speed, get the speed satisfying the use. Then discuss deeply about the precision of the balance when the part's dimension is changed, and when thinking the cutting force, how about the support force and the balance effect, and then get some conclusion..
