With the development of the modern printing industry, the laser typesetter is applied widely as the pivotal export equipment of the modern printing technology. In order to improve the plate making efficiency, the revolving speed of the rotor is higher and higher. Because the additional unbalance of printing plate is extremely apt to cause the vibration of the rotor, and the vibration influences the quality of plate making, The thesis has proposed systematic structure and method of the rotor two-sided dynamic equilibrium compensation of the laser typesetter on the basis of consulting and disclosing documents both at home and abroad in order to solve this problem; based on the theory of causing laser typesetter vibration by unbalance of the rotor, the mathematics model of the laser typesetter-foundation system has been set up, The theory and experiment show: it's necessary to make dynamic equilibrium compensation to the rotor, the system vibration amplitude caused by the rotor unbalance is inversely proportional to the support rigidity, the systematic natural frequency should avoid the rotational speed frequency of the rotor, so as to avoid resonance while working; the condition of the laser typesetter rotor unbalance has been analyzed, the theory proves that two correct level can realize complete dynamic equilibrium of rotor, seeing that the system of rotor-support belongs to the hard support, and the distance between the support and the level is very near, the balance of the rotor can be got through the vibration signal directly; the bosseyed compensation problem of the dynamic balance has also been studied in this paper, the theory and experiment prove that the result of the bosseyed dynamic balance is relatively bad, and the vibration can't be decayed within the range allowed, the experiment also proves the balance head structure form of the radial coordinates is feasible; in the end the signal disposal analog circuit and the balance control digital circuit have been designed and finished, and the corresponding software has also been programmed and debugged. The conclusion indicates that the circuit is feasible.What this thesis is involved is the practical problem of the project, the work done has established the foundation for the further investigation in the future, and has donea good job of the preparation of the theory and practice to finish the rotor dynamic balance system of the laser typesetter finally. This thesis is divided into the following several chapter:Chapter one explained the purpose and meaning of the rotor dynamic balance of the laser typesetter, introduced the domestic and international development and current situation of the theory and practice condition of the rotor dynamic balance, proposed the systematic structure and method of the two-sided dynamic balance compensation of the laser typesetter, confirms the groundwork of the thesis finally.Chapter two analyzed the principle of the type setter vibration caused by the rotor unbalance, combining the actual conditions of the laser typesetter, introduced the expression of unbalance quantity and categorized method. The theoretical model of the forced vibration of the laser typesetter-foundation system has been set up, and the question of separate vibration has been discussed and analyzed briefly. Ultimately, practice research and result analyse prove the theory deriving and draw the conclusion.Chapter three aiming at the idiographic conditions of the laser typesetter rotor unbalance, analysed the condition of the laser typesetter rotor unbalance, established the mathematic model of the rotor-support system while taking different balance measure and carried on the experiment. Experiment proves that the result of the bosseyed dynamic balance is relatively bad, and the balancing head can be done into the structure of the radial coordinates.Chapter four dissertated the design ^ making and experiments of the corresponding software and hardware of the laser typesetter rotor dynamic balance system, which includes the signal disposal analog circuit and balance control digital circuit and balance control software, and provided the experimental conclusion, which indicates that the circuit is feasible.Chapter five summarized the groundwork of the thesis, provided the research results and proposed looking into the distance.
