In the process of precision grinding,the abrasion of the wheel and the adsorption of the cooling fluid can cause the unbalance of the grinding wheel.It will not only affect the surface quality of the workpiece,lead to the rejection rate of the workpiece,but also affect the service life of the grinding wheel and grinding machine.However,the static balance and manual balance before the grinding wheel can not meet the needs of the rapid development of China's manufacturing industry,it is urgent to develop a more effective on-line dynamic balancing instrument.Therefore,this topic in the research of grinding wheel balancing control instrument on the basis of the principle,from the analysis of measurement precision and control precision of control instrument,developed a model based on embedded processor ARM11 grinding wheel balancing control instrument.The main research work of this paper is as follows:Based on the existing grinding wheel balancing control system in-depth research,for lack of the key parts and the key technology,this paper put forward the dynamic balance controller hardware platform based on embedded ARM11 processor;according to the relevant technology of dynamic balance control instrument hardware platform and application,research on architecture design of software platform and control instrument the idea of modular design,based on Visual,with Studio2008 as its development platform,C# as its programming language,and build a complete design,dynamic balance instrument control software system mainly includes: the control interface design,instrument settings module,wheel speed measurement module,vibration signal acquisition module,signal processing module,the control is not balanced algorithm module,keyboard and display module.In order to improve the measuring accuracy of dynamic balance control instrument,in-depth analysis and research of vibration signal of grinding whee l,combined with the wheel balancing control instrument function,using correlation function theory,this paper puts forward a new method of cross correlation analysis of the unbalance vibration characteristic parameters based on accurate extraction.The collected vibration signals and unbalanced speed signal respectively to the standard sine signal and cosine signal correlation function analysis,can accurately obtain the vibration amplitude and phase unbalance,dynamic balance control apparatus to provide a reliable basis for accurate control.Aiming at the defects of the existing wheel balancing control apparatus has a long time,poor effect of balance,based on the existing balancing control strategy,based on variable structure control theory,through t he establishment of mathematical model of balancing head,the sliding variable structure control method of composite film based on reaching law to control internal balancing head the rotation of the motor,gradual optimization method to realize the on-line dynamic balance of grinding wheel unbalance compensation.The grinding wheel balancing control instrument using advanced electronic components,effectively improve the efficiency and effect of dynamic balance control instrument;the vibration research of unbalanced signal processing technology and control technology is applied to the dynamic balance control apparatus,through simulation and experiment validate the feasibility the research on technology and accuracy;the results of this study have important support for promoting the development of the precision machining technology promotion effect,dynamic balance control instrument developed in this paper has a wide application value of industry.
