With the fast growth of the economy of our country, the environmental protection question is outstanding day by day.There are landfill, compost and burn to generate electricity to handle the rubbish of the cities. No matter what kind of treatment way, water of percolation that the rubbish produces is a problem. At present the treatment of the wast water of rubbish is handled by transport to wastewater plant or a simply biological treatment at local place. It means cost a lot of money and cause the pollution sources to shift by transport to wastewater plant. And it can't reach the discharge standard to deal with the wastewater by simpely biological treatment. So the research of MBR (membrane bior-eactor system) and DTRO (dish tube reverse osmosis system) to deal with the wastewater of rubbish have realistic meaning.MBR (membrane bioreactor system) mainly applies to the sewage disposal field in the city, it is combination of biochemical treatment technology and separate technology of membrane. The cardinal principle of this system is to utilize the oxygen microorganism to dispel various organic pollution in the bioreactor, for instance ammonia nitrogen, phosphide and so on.DTRO (disc tube reverse osmosis system) mainly applies to the waste water of rubbish, Various organic and inorganic pollution can be separated effectively. Its cardinal principle is to employ the separate technology of membrane at higher pressure.This paper introduces the topic's background, research content and significance; and then introduces the field bus technology, PLC and the configuration software. Unifies t Profibus and the Modbus field bus agreement, the union craft and the scene actual situation to designed the control systemcorrespondence network. uses Siemens 57-300 series PLC and Modicon Premium series PLC, utilizes STEP-7 and PL7-Pro Programming software which matched with it, could be reliable, accurately complete the control operation, the real-time monitor and recordthe process movement condition, and could promptly make the response to each kind which appeared to the scene arise suddenly the event, realizes the completely automatic monitoring to the entire wrap production, the preparation, the centralism and the traditional coal system, thus enhanced the equipment movement the reliability and the automaticity. At the same time utilizes the configuration software Kingview of the YaKong Corporation design the supervisory system, recording and the monitoring the field data real-time, and realizing the records inquiry, reports to the alarm, redundancy and network issue and so on.
