The blasting vibration can hinder the mine regular production, so how to reduce the blasting vibration is always a security issue the mine must closely concern. In view of this question, the domestic and foreign scholars have carried on the long-term discussion and the research, and obtained many methods to reduce the blasting vibration. The method of waveform interference for vibration reduction based on millisecond blasting can obtain better lowering the result of vibration, which is an economic, simple and practical method and can achieve active control of demolition vibration. The key of the method to reduce the vibration by waveform interference is to select a reasonable time delay interval. The domestic and foreign scholars have proposed a series of methods and principles to obtain the reasonable time delay interval, but the results obtained by different computational method under the same blasting conditions are often different from each other to a large extent. With the formidable data processing and programming function of MATLAB, linear superposing of one segment blasting vibration waveform, obtained from the locale vibration testing, with different time delay is carried out in this thesis, and a reasonable time delay for Jinduicheng mine bench blasting is got in the end.In order to control the blasting vibration to some extent that the protected objects can withstand, the intensity of the particle vibration at the place that the protected objects locate must be predicted when the blasting design is carried on. With the help of MATLAB programming, single segment blast vibration waveform, which is from the routine time delay product blasting, is superposed in this thesis, and the waveform of routine blasting vibration velocity is simulated by computers, at last the peak value of the particle vibration velocity is predicted successfully.
