In this paper, The AA-AM-AANa superabsorbent resin with high absorbability in saline and high absorption rate was synthesized by inverse emulsion polymerization, in the presence of redox system as initiator ,with petroleun ether as dispersing medium, Span60 and SLS as emulsifier, N, N-methylenebisacrylamide as crosslinking agent. The initiator system, emulsifier system, water content and polymerization craft was studied. As a result, a proper process was selected.Based on different hydrophilic grouping's hydrophilia and Influence of corss-linking net on water absorbility, studied the copolymeization and corss-linking net. In order to study the saline absorbing behavior of superabsorbent, the function, physics corss-linking point, temperature, particle size was researched in detail .The structure was confirmed by IR and SEM. Under the best polymerization condition, water absorbility 753.5g/g and in saline 158.6g/g(0.9%Nacl) respectively.
