Study On The Treatment Of Pickling Waste Liquor Of Hydrochloric By Neutral Oxidation And Replacement

Pickling waste liquor of hydrochloric in iron and steel industry has somecharacteristics as high concentration of ferrous ion and hydrochloric in the range of100-120g.1^-1 and 30-60g.1^-1 respectively. Up to now, the problems arising from ithasn't been settled satisfactorily. In this paper,It raked the hydrochloric acid picklingwaste liquor detoxification and the resources as a starting point, used the neutraloxidation and replacement processing craft, obtained the best experimental conditionthrough orthogonal experiment.The influence factors on removal rate of iron in the processing of neutraloxidation through single condition and orthogonal experiment have been studied indetail,including the ratio of calcium hydroxide ,the concentration of calciumhydroxide, rotational speed of mixer oxygenizement, reaction time .The best reactioncondition are obtained, which are: the ratio of calcium hydroxide is 1.20, theconcentration of calcium hydroxide is 20%,rotational speed of mixer oxygenizemenis 300r/min, reaction time is 2.0h,the removal rate of iron is obtioned 76.0%.The influence factors on removal rate of iron in the processing of replacementthrough single condition and orthogonal experiment have been studied indetail,including the ratio of sulfuric acid ,the concentration of sulfuric acid, rotationalspeed of mixer, reaction time .The best reaction condition are obtained, which are: theratio of sulfuric acid is 1.00, the concentration of sulfuric acid is 80%,rotational speedof mixer is 150r/min, reaction time is 0.5h,the concentration of regenerationhydrochloric acid is 23.1%.The results showed that the regeneration hydrochloric acid can reuse in the acidpickling procedure and can obtain economic efficiency.
