As more attention to the living environment and environmental protection, carrying out energy conservation becomes an impassable red line for every manufacturing enterprise, and also is the social responsibility for them. As an important metal material, steel products are widely used in every field. At present, it exists more environment problems, such as high energy consumption, quantity of pollutant discharges, high output of solid wastes. Especially in acid picking process of steel firms, after picking the adherent scale of surface by picking solution which is made up of vitriol or hydrochloric acid or mixed of vitriol and hydrochloric and hydrofluoric acid, the picking solution is usually treated by neutralization process, it mostly used calcium hydroxide to be neutralized, so it comes more excretion mud cake and effluent, for this method, it need more raw material, such as acid, base, calcium hydroxide and flocculant and so on. After neutralizing treatment, it is difficulty for realizing innocent treatment, higher treatment cost, high off scum volume, high water content, much more effluent also cause serious the secondary pollution of environment. Recently, due to the regeneration techniques progress of picking process and waste hydrochloric acid, higher rate of hydrochloric acid picking, silver bright and smoothness and clean and less damage of chemistry acid for the surface, hydrochloric acid progress and Lurgi-Keramchemie or Ruthne which is the matched one for hydrochloric acid is already used in much more steel companies.Production environmental performance which is confirmed by environmental load in the life cycle when using raw material, production, using and waste of production and environmental implication becomes research hotspot already. The life cycle evaluation of steel picking producing is a kind of evaluation and environmental load and potential environmental implication technology. The environmental load and potential environmental implication is related by acid pickle treatment after steel picking. This text uses dalian some special steel company as example, GaBi 5 software as platform, inventory analysis for regenerating 0.95 ton hydrochloric acid which is used Lurgi-Keramchemie or Ruthne respectively, and then get the environmental implication for global warming, eutrophication, acidize and bady virulence by calculating water, electricity, gas, ect. after analysis and comparison, getting waste acid treatment process of Ruthne, equipment and strengthening management for cleaning producing; Making reproduction ability for reproducibility resource, less excessive consumption for irreproducibility resourse and supplement from replace resourse, reduce the output and discharge of pollution, satisfy the need for economic development and well living environment, realize the sustainable development and green production target at the end.
