EM(short for effective micro-organisms), as a multifunction biologicalpreparation, have a vast vistas in Environmental protection, especially in wastewatertreatment field for its own unique superiority.In this study, multiple micro-organismswere constructed based on the principle and main composed animalcule ofEM.Through the positive coopertive effect between anaerobic and aerobicmicro-organisms, they can form a stable, high performance microecosystem.After the process of collection, foster and purification, we got the necessaryphotosynthesis bacteria, lactobacillus, actinomy and microzymes.they are namedNGGH1,NGJM6,NGJM10,NGFX6,XGFX1 and NGRS1 respectively.Accordingto《Bergey's Manual of Determinative Bacteriology》and《Manual of Determinativemycology》, we can make the primarily idenfication from the growth characteristicson the culture medium and photoes taked by the light microscope.the result is thatthe NGGH1 is Phodopseudomonas,NGJM6 and NGJM10 are Candida, NGFX6 andXGFX1 are Baclerionema.NGRS1 pertain to lactobacillus.The treatment experiment of single flora show that photosynthesis bacteria,actinomy and microzymes have obvious degrade effect to coke-plant and phenolwastewater, the lactobacillus is worse compared to them.on the basis of EM principleand leader theory of photosynthesis bacteria, we construct the effectivemicro-organisms as the proportional distribution 2:1:1:1 of photosynthesis bacteria,actinomy, microzymes and lactobacillus final enrichment culture microorganismsrespecitively and then throw the EM to the coke-plant and phenol wastewater.Application experiment show that the EM performed excellently in treatingcoke-plant and phenol wastewater.Through orthogonality experiment and varianceanalysis, we know that the factors which affect the removal rate of EM are:temperature>revolving speed>pH.The optimal degradation situation are:30℃,150rpm, pH 7.0,14mLEM per 50mL coke-plant or phenol wasterwater.Under thissituation, the 6 day's removal rate of coke-paint wastewater can reach 62.52%and95.26%to 700mg/L phenol wastewater for 24 hours degradation. Degradation kinetics research show that the kinetics equation of 747mg/ Lphenol wastewater treatment are C=C0e-0.2151t (mg/L); the coke wastewatertreatment kinetics equation is: C=C0e-0.1573t (mg/L). The are all the first degreedegradation kinetics equation to phenol and CODer concentration of wastewaterwaster.
