In term of the mechanism of Effective Microorganisms, multiple microorganisms that have double effects as producing microbial flocculants(MBF) and degrading phenol were constructed with strain XGJHN5 and strain XGJHN19.The optimal cultivating condition is listed as follows: 0.5ml germ solution per 50 ml milk wastewater cultivating medium, pH 6.5, 25 ℃, 150rpm, 72 h. Under this environment, the multiple microorganisms for rate of degrading-phenol is 99.3% and the flocculating activity of the MBF produced by multiple microorganisms is up to 97.8%.The productivity of the partially purified MBF is 15 gram per liter fermentation solution. The main componentof the MBF is polysaccharide . According to the result of primary identification, strain XGJHN5 and strain XGJHN19 pertain to Bacillus sp. and Neisseria Trevisan sp., respectively. The MBF produced by multiple microorganisms excels at treating milk wastewater. The optimized removing CODCr scheme is listed here. 1.0 ml MBF and 3.5 ml 1%CaCl2 were put into 100 ml milk wastewater in 100 ml test tube, and pH of the system was adjusted to 9.0. Then the test tube was stirred and left for 10 min to settle. An aliquot of the supernatant was withdrawn from the test tube, then the value of its CODCr and OD570 was measured. Under this condition, the efficiency of removing CODcr and turbid degree was 72.5% and 79.2%, respectively. The optimized removing turbid scheme is listed here. 1.0 ml MBF and 4.0 ml 1%CaCl2 were put into 100 ml milk wastewater in 100 ml test tube, and pH of the system is adjusted to 9.0. Then the test tube was stirred and left for 10 min to settle. An aliquot of the supernatant was withdrawn from the test tube, then the value of its CODCr and OD570 was measured. Under this condition, the efficiency of removing CODCr and turbid degree is 66.4% and 82.1%, respectively. The kinetic equations of removing CODCr and turbid degree from milk wastewater with the MBF are Ct. cod (mg/L) =C0 cod(1-t/2.1061+1.1624t) and Ct. od(A) = C0. od (1-t/5.4788+0.895t) ,respectively.
