This thesis was divided into four chapters. In chapter one, the efficient extraction method and anlystical methods for components from natruaral plants were reviewed. In chapter two, the exaction process of Litsea cubeba was optimized, citral was extracted from Litsea cubeba oil by ultrasonic and vapor distill method, the optimum parameters were: ultrasonic time was 10-20 minutes, ultrasonic temperature was 60-80℃, distilled temperature was 80-100℃, distilled time is 100-200 minutes. The structure of citral was characterized by IR, ~1HNMR spectroscopy. The content of citral in citral lappa in elevent places of Fujian was studyed by GC method. In chapter three, oieanolic acid was extracted from Patrinia scabiosaefolia Fisch by solvent permeation distilling method. The structure ofoieanolic acid was studied by the method ofIR, UV and. ~1HNMR spectroscopy. The content of oieanolic acid in oieanolic acid lappa was determined in four various place in Fujian by HPLC method. In chapter four, the resveratrol was extracted by supercritical CO2 method from resveratrol Lappa. Optimal extraction condition was obtained, pressure was 30MPa, time was 60℃, solvent was 5 %ethanol for 70minutes. The content of resveratrol in resveratrol lappa was determined by HPLC method.
