Higher fullerenes were successfully prepared by the novel experiment methodestablished and developed by our group, which is Pulsed Laser Ablation at the Interfaceof Target Submerged in Flowing Liquid(PLA-IT/AFL). The HPLC results showed that Acomponent can be extracted by the absolute alcohol fractional precipitation. A compotentwas characterized in detail by LC-MS, elemental analysis, FT-IR, fluorescencespectrum,TG-DTA and so on.Then A component was defined to be a new pattern ofhybrid material with high refractive index. High refractive index material/PS hybrid filmswere made by solution adulteration. The optical properties of them were characterized indetail by UV-VIS,FT-IR, fluorescence spectrum,XRD and so on.The refractive index andthickness were discussed by elliptic polarization and UV-VIS enveloping.And the tworesults were compared.There are no reports about the new material with high refractive index and its hydridmaterial.Their special characters of high infrared high transmissivity and high refractiveindex can make great sense to martial development and they can also make somecontributions to infrared detetion system.
