Numerical Controlled Electrochemical Machining is a new manufacturing technology which principle is based on the combination of Electrochemical Machining (ECM) and Numerical Control technology. It can work out the problems in machining complex-shaped components which are made of high-strength and heat-resistant alloys. It also gains a good comment in machining integral-structure components in aero industry. It has developed in machining some integral-components, such as integral impeller. Those years, Integral Component design has been widely applied in new developed aero engines. And some integral components like integral aero engine case, which are made of titanium alloy and heat-resistant alloys, need to be machined efficiently. The main task of High-efficiency Numerical-controlled electrochemical machining is to take the advantage of ECM to rapidly machine those components. As the basic study on High-efficiency Numerical-controlled ECM, the thesis got some principles for use in the future. The thesis introduces some characteristics, application and development of ECM, especially Numerical controlled ECM. Having introduced basic shaping principles of ECM, the thesis advanced a plan in which the material of an aero engine case can be removed massively and rapidly in Numerical-controlled ECM. According to the plan, anode, fix tools was prepared for the subsequent experiment. Then a primary experiment was planned and performed, and some achievement was gained. Based on this, formal experiment was carried out and some ruled cavities were shaped. At last, a summary describes the gain and lose in the experiments.
