In the recent years, as the development of biochemistry the research of the compounds of transmetal become more and more important, so comprising and describing this kind of compounds become an important branch of chemistry. This paper composed two kinds of compouds: Schiff base and its Cu or Mn compouds; phenylacetate and its Cu compounds. The new compounds were described through the way of IR, XRD and so on.The first part of this paper described the compounds of Schiff base and the compounds of phenylacetate. The compouds of metal-Schiff base have important use in the part of chemistry. Most of these kinds of compounds have biological activity and perfect catalytical activity. The phenylacetate has widely use in the field of medicine, drug, pesticide and flavor spice spicery.The second part composed Schiff base and their compounds, compoused sulf-diamine and its Schiff base, used the new Schiff base to compose eight compounds with Cu and Mn, three of these compound are crystals. The first one is blue belong to the P-1 space group. C11H17N3O and H2O as ligands make Cu composed with N1, N2, N3, O1, O2 to form a tetragonal pyramid, the units were joined togather through hydrogen bonds O--H...O, O--H...Cl, N--H...Cl, O--H...N.Cu(C9N2O2SH13)2 is green crystal, two sulf-diamine as ligand offered N to make Cu(â…¡) coordinated with N1 and N2 to form a Cu N4 square.Cu(C16H17N2O3S)H2O is green crystal belong to the P-1 space group, in this compound every Schiff base offer two N and a O, a H2O offer a O to coordinate with Cu. This make Cu lie in a square centre. The intra hydrogen bond and the react of different unit make them arranged into a stabilized structure.The third part composed phenylacetate and its two compounds, one is Cu2(C8H7O2)4(C12N2H8)2, it is blue crystal, in Cu2(C8H7O2)4(C12N2H8)2 three of the phenylacetate anions acted as ligands, two phen offer N atoms. There are hydrogen bonds that make the units ioin together to form a long line.
