The EVA surface treatment agent can be obtained through emulsion copolymerization by using butyl acrylate (BA), Vinyl acetate (VAc) as monomers. The influence factors of emulsion stability,viscosity,minimum filming temperature and glass-transition temperature and the influence of crosslink degree on treatment effect of EVA surface treatment agent and was investigated. The result revealed that the stability of latex is relative good when the temperature is between 75℃and 85℃, the content of AN and GMA are under 5%, and under 1% respectively. The viscosity of latex increases when the content of AA increases. Before reaction, the viscosity decreases after the dosage of NaOH mounts. Soft monomer can reduce Tg of system, the minimum filming temperature is determined by Tg, minimum filming temperature directly influence the construction of surface treatment agent. As-prepared EVA surface treatment agent had considerable surface treatment effect on medium solo of foam EVA, which crosslink degree is low.The Paper/Plastic,Plastic/Plastic and Al/Plastic laminating adhesive can be prepared through emulsion copolymerization by usingacrylic acid (AA), butyl acrylate (BA) as monomers. The influence of different monomers on laminating effect of Paper/Plastic,Plastic/Plastic and Al/Plastic laminating adhesive was investigated. The result indicates that the influence of AN on peeling strength is not obvious. As the content of GMA increases, peeling strength of Paper/Plastic increases, while peeling strength of Paper/Plastic and Al/Plastic decreases after increasing. When the content of N-Methylolacrylamide increases, for Paper/Plastic and Al/Plastic laminating, peeling strength of Paper/Plastic and Al/Plastic also decreases sharply after increasing. After reaction, by adding a little initiation-redox, the solid content and monomer transform ratio was increased, and then the ability of adhesion of emulsion was augmented. Printing ink transfer ratio is obvious when using GMA as monomer, while the AN can not do it.Emulsifier-Free Emulsion Polymerization was prepared by seeding polymerization, using selfemulsifying monomers such as HAPS. The influence various selfemulsifying monomers and their contents on Emulsifier-Free Emulsion stability was investigated. The result indicates that the stabilization of emulsion is the best when the temperature is 83℃, and the content of HAPS is 1.9%.
