The molecule recognition like the lock and key that the vary part of molecule or molecule inside combine, it is basic action fashion which it is organism highness systematization. The structure of Calixarenes is simpler, but it have inimitable cavity structure like the cyclodextrins and ethers, Calixarenes have higher selectivity compared with cyclodextrins and ethers, which are to be counted as the third generation of superamolecules after cyclodextrins and crown ethers. Their functions in the molecular recognition are widely used in modem separation science. The synthesis and character of calixarenes were attented in 1980s, its recognize function for organic species is important branch, the functionalized of calyx[4]arenes and recognize for organic species was researched by the more people, This thesis includes the following five main points:In chapter 1, the general situation of calixarene was expounded, the Synthesis, structure, modify, recognition of molecule and ion, crown ether of calixarene was summarized clearly, and the thought of this thesis was lodged. In chapter 2, Synthesis and characterization of the matrix of calix[4]ene(p-But-calix[4]ene, calix[4]ene, p-sulfonatocalix[4]ene) was expounded. In chapter3, Synthesis and characterization of calix[4]ene containing anthraquinone, 7-methoxycoumarin, 6,7-dimethoxycoumarin, pyrene and crown etherIn chapter 4, the charcter of calix[4]ene containing 7-methoxycoumarin was studied by Fluorescent titration experiments for amino acid. We found that it exhibits high sensitivity and selectivity toward L-Tyr, the fluorescent intensity was obviously increased, the complex ratio was 1:1 and the binding constant was 3.91×10~2 L/mol.In chapter 5, the charcter of calix[4]ene containing 6,7-methoxycoumarin was studied by Fluorescent and UV Spectra titration experiments for the adenine, the guanine and amino acid(L-His,L-Met,L-Lys, L-Cys, L-Trp, L-Pro, L-Glu, L-Ile,L-Tyr,L-Phe and D-Phe ). We found that it exhibits high sensitivity and selectivity toward L-Phe and adenine, the fluorescent intensity was obviously increased, the UV intensity was obviously subdued, The complex ratio was 1:1 and the binding constant was 1.09×10~3 L/mol and 2.1×10~2 L/mol.
