1,2,3-triazole derivatives have attracted considerably chemist's attention because its extensive biological activities. In general, 1,2,3-triazole nucleus can be existed in acid, basic and oxidant condition, but some of it's derivatives can be isomerizated toα-diazo-1,3-carbonyl compounds which is important inter-mediatein organic chemistry under appropriated reaction condition. Firstly, we prepared the important intermediate compound of N-(4-chlorophenyl)-2-diazo-3-oxobutanamide from 4-chloroaniline as the raw material through a series of reaction, then react with various aryl amine. Finally we synthesized 10 new title compounds of N-(4-chlorophenyl)-5-methyl-1-aryl-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carbox-amide in this thesis.It had been reported that remarkable biological activity of 1,2,3-triazole derivatives and 1,3,4-thiadiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidine derivatives. In order to view the biological activity of this compound which can be improved in the different heterocyclic units inter-molecule, we conceived that 7-methyl-2-(5methyl-1-aryl 1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)-5H-[1,3,4]thiadiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidine-5-one which is the 1,2,3-triazole ring into the parent ring of 1,3,4-thiadiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidine. We synthesize seven 2-amino-5-(5methyl-1-aryl-1H-1 ,2,3-triazol-4-yl)-1,3,4thiadi-azole and one 7-methyl-2-(5methyl-1-aryl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)-5H-[1,3,4]thia-diazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidine-5-one.Xanthene derivatives and pyrrolo[3,4-c]pyrrole-dione derivatives are excellent fluorescent properties compounds. In order to get the novel fluorescent compounds with the high quantum yield, we attempt to connect with triazole group and fluorophore together. We study the synthesis of the fluorescent substances containing 1,2,3,-triazole group and discuss the reason of its failure.All structure of new compounds was characterized by ~1HNMR, MS, IR spectra.
