The article proceeded with the hydrorefining aviation kerosene, had carried on the summary to the processing technical of aviation kerosene, the problem that lied in processing, the improving measure and new technology of hydrorefining aviation kerosene. The summary pointed out: At present the domestic and foreign refinery plants had the questions that lied in the processing of hydrorefining aviation kerosene, the questions were color degradation and the unqualified of sliver strip corrosion. The refinery plants proposed the improving measures which based on the questions; looked from the progress front: R&D high active catalyst, make use of MPHC or MHUG and Fiber film technology were the scientific research development hot spot, Looked from the processing application technology progress, the main measures to solve color degradation and the unqualified of sliver strip corrosion were remoulding units, making use of RHSS technical and new-style catalyst.The article elaborated research on the color degradation and the unqualified sliver strip corrosion of the hydrorefining aviation kerosene in Lanzhou Petrochemical Company, at the same time it undertook corresponding technological remoulding. The results indicated: the main reason of the hydrorefining aviation kerosene color degradation was alkaline nitrogen content larger than 1.5μg/g.The unit changed RN-10 catalyst with FH-98A, the result of nitrogen deprivation was increased; The element sulfur was the main reason of the unqualified sliver strip corrosion in hydrorefining aviation kerosene, the level of sliver strip corrosion rested with content of element sulfur. The unqualified sliver strip corrosion was solved by adding supplementary measure, the hydrorefining aviation kerosene meted demand of 0 level sliver strip corrosion by the application of T317 desulfurizing agent which produced by Northwest Research Institute Of Chemical Industry.
