However, the technique of fine plasma incision in cutting the surface of the material has already approached the quality of laser incision, but the cost of plasma incision is far lower than that of laser incision. Plasma incision has made rapid development since it was developed successfully in the United States in the middle of 1950's. Along with the quick development of computers and number dimension control techniques, the number control incision also evelops rapidly, and it is being improved its process accuracy. The plasma incision showed great advantages in saving materials the boosting of productivity, etc. This prompted plasma incision techniques develop from handicraft of half auto controls towards the direction of number controls gradually, and it has become one of the main direction of the development of number controls incision techniques.This thesis uses the PTHC- II plasma arc voltage adusting controller for object, adopt DC110V direct current motor and arc voltage transducer to constitute high control servo system. It can make arc voltage adusting controller adjust the height of the burning torch automatically according to the setting point, thus it can guarantee the quality of incise. On the basis of the analysis of arc voltage vertical steering principle, this text carried on the control project design, designed Mircrocomputer system hardware electric circuit, drew up the Mircrocomputer control procedure and made the sample of arc voltage adusting controller. |
