With the development of modern industry,The use of electric motors permeates all fields of industrial production.Whether the motor can keep stable and reliable running state for a long time is the fundamental reason that directly affects the production efficiency of the enterprise.Therefore,higher requirements are put forward for its stability and reliability.Due to the poor working environment of underground coal mine,unstable voltage of power network,frequent start,positive and negative turn,and variable load,etc.,motor block and rotation,three-phase imbalance,short circuit and equal fault are caused,Causing huge economic losses.Therefore,`the timely and effective protection of underground motor is particularly important.With the rapid development of modern electronic technology and the gradual maturity of microcomputer protection technology,to make the motor integrated protector more intelligent,,the high-end protector has high sensitivity,at a low price,highly operable,Features of easy maintenance and good protection,communication,control and measurement functions,In today's industrial field,it has a wide range of application prospects.This paper analyzes the common faults of low pressure motor theoretically,combining with the particularity of its working environment,according to the protection principle,The intelligent integrated protection controller of low pressure motor is studied and designed,its core component is the STM32F103VET6 MCU system,mainly including power circuit modules,signal acquisition circuit module,signal processing circuit module(measurement chip ATT7022E),display circuit module,keyboard circuit module,communication circuit module,control module,D/A module,E2 PROM,etc.The software is programmed in C,to realize the protection,control,real-time monitoring,electricity measurement and energy management of low pressure motor,at the same time,RS485 modbus communication protocol is used in the communication design,the realization of a host with more than one slave,has the transmission distance is long,can overcome the big electronic noise and so on merit,thus the two-way communication between the upper computer and the lower machine is effectively completed.The anti-interference design is adopted in hardware and software.The monitoring upper computer adopts EpSynall configuration software to design the monitoring interface including real-time database and user window.
