| Hainan province is the major production area of coconut in China and coconut is the important raw material in the food processing industry of Hainan where has a great demand for it. At present, most of the coconut processing enterprises are small and medium-sized and the pre-processing of coconut is basically manual operationed, such as husking, incision and so on. However, for the purposes of food processing, a large number of manual operations may make food hygiene not meet the requirements and also make the cases of injury easily occurred. Therefore, it’s necessary for us to develop a kind of coconut pre-processing machinery.The design of the coconut incision machine can carry out the mechanization of break shell after husking the coconut. This machine is based on the biological properties of coconut, the mechanical characteristics of wood cutting, the way of incision and it is designed to meet the needs of coconut incision. It’s the overall program of coconut incision machine, which according to coconut shape characteristics and the problems when using discal blade. The key data for clamping device and cutting device will be achieved by conducting simulation experiment. Furthermore, this machine can be used to meet automatic incision requirements through parameter design.This paper mainly designs the clamping device of coconut incision machine and proposes two kinds of clamping schemes. The appropriate clamping scheme was selected when considering the Clamping effect, manufacturing costs and the quality of incision. The force on the saw blade and clamping device was analyzed, calculated the main parameters of clamping device and designed the slideway through the mechanical model of working disc and clamping device.This paper analyzed the drive system of coconut incision machine, the chosen appropriate transmission scheme, calculated the main parameters, designed the main parameter of the claw tray, considered the compact clamping device structure and facilitates assembly. According to the characteristics of the electrical installation, the supply scheme of coconut cutting device was put forward.Meshed the saw blade and the working disc of coconut incision machine by Hypermesh. Analyzed the finite element model by using Ansys and checked the strength of key parts.With the improvement of the coconut pre-processing mechanization, coconut processing enterprises have higher request for the production efficiency of the machine. This design of coconut incision machine is expected to solve the problem of pre-processing mechanization of incision coconut shells well. It will play a significance role in improving the efficiency of incision machine and the adaptability of the machine. |
