| Evaluation on indoor air quality is a newly presented concept, as more and more people pay more attention to the importance of indoor environment. Implementation of indoor air quality analysis and evaluation aims at protection of residential health and living comfort, improvement of living standard, as well as development of living from comfortable type to healthy type. At present, research on indoor air quality evaluation focuses on research on evaluation method and establishment and consummation of evaluation standard, but failure to research on indoor air quality evaluation system. Hence, this paper summarizes a comprehensive method applicable for the situation of our country, establishes an evaluation system of present situation and pre-evaluation based upon comparison of current evaluation method.First of all, this paper introduces domestic and abroad present situation of indoor air quality evaluation, and then nail down the concept of pre-evaluation on indoor air quality and evaluation on present situation of indoor air quality, and discuss the purpose and relevant standard of indoor air quality evaluation. Then, classification and summarizing of evaluation method of indoor air quality is made: where, subjective evaluation involves olfactory sense evaluation method, evaluation method by application of decibel idea, linear visual analogous rating scales, Germany VDI method, visual investigation and evaluation method, simple identification method, etc.; objective evaluation method contains evaluation method through reaching relevant standard, inspection evaluation method, fuzzy evaluation method, gray comprehensive evaluation method, financial credit based evaluation model, man-simulator evaluation method, computer model simulation and dynamic mode method; evaluation method with subjective and objective combination lists domestic comprehensive evaluation method and abroad comprehensive method. This paper presents evaluation system and pre-evaluation system of present situation of indoor air quality on the basis of the above: evaluation system of present situation of indoor air quality composed of investigation and research on present situation, confirmation of evaluation scheme, implementation of evaluation scheme, evaluation conclusion and control measures, pre-evaluation system of indoor air quality composed of basic data collection, confirmation of evaluation scheme, implementation of evaluation scheme, evaluation conclusion and modification. At last, two examples are taken for application of the two systems respectively.Evaluation and pre-evaluation system of present situation of indoor air in this paper are feasible. Corresponding system shall be employed for evaluation of the decorated houses and houses to be decorated. Effective evaluation on indoor air quality is carried out for the available house. Comprehensive index is j 1. 64, and the objective evaluation shows that the indoor air available rate is 25.0%, and unavailable rate 51.9%, which determines the grade of indoor air quality, and control measures will be put forward for the house whose air quality does not meet the requirement of health for human being. Pre-evaluation system shall be employed for evaluation of the house to be decorated to forecast air quality after decoration and ensure healthy indoor air quality. The calculation result indicates K>1, which shows indoor air quality exceeds the relevant standard, and modification measures shall are put forward. Thus, research on this paper possesses actual significance. |
