Fabric handle is an important factor affecting the quality of textiles, which determines thequality of the end-use of fabric and clothing. The hand evaluation of cotton fabric and cotton-likefabric offer references for designing new garments.Ccotton-like fabrics were usually made by Modified Polyester. In this study,13kinds of high-density cotton fabrics collected from Lu Thai Group were measured by KES and FAST andevaluated subjectively by16experts. By using factor analysis, five principal factors weregenerated and by using correlation analysis, the relationship of five main factors of high densityfabrics and the technological features was found. RBF neural network prediction based onsubjective feelings through the physical and mechanical properties of the13fabrics.In order to explore the differences between different modified polyester and cotton fabric,62kinds of Hydrophilic polyester、Easy-dye polyester、Paster、Porel and were measured byKES/FAST and PhabrOmeter and evaluated by16experts. The relationship between mechanicalproperties and subjective evaluation was generated by using correlation analysis.9Different softness, smoothness and different comfort fabics were chosen to be evaluatedphysiologically.by EEG.
