In this thesis, the morphology and growth mechanism of porous Alumina membrane have been investigated. Moreover, influence of technic pretreatment: preparation process of Aluminum anodic oxidation (AAO) and two-step anodic oxidation on the Alumina membrane have also been studied. In this thesis, several kinds of nanowires were prepared by the AAO template technique. The morphology, crystal structures and some properties of these obtained nanowires were systemically characterized.This thesis consists of the following sections:1. Fabrication of the highly ordered (AAO) templateThe highly ordered AAO with hexagonal pore structure with nanochannel diameters of 40~50nm were synthesiszed by means of electrochemical anodization under conditions of the constant anodic voltage and electrolyte template.The pore diameter can be controlled by varieties of immersion time in acid.2. Fabrication of highly ordered Ni nanowires array by AAO templateThe highly ordered Ni nanowires array were synthesized by direct current (DC) and alternating current (AC) methods. The morphology, structure and the magnetism of Ni nanowires were studied by Scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Magnetic property measurement system (MPMS).3. Fabrication of highly ordered Fe nanowires array by AAO templateThe highly ordered Fe nanowires array were synthesizes by DC electron diffraction researches, whice have shown that the Fe nanowires array are orientated along the direction perpendicular to (110) crystal plane and have obvious magnetic anisotropy, and promising for perpendicular magnetic recording medium.Ordered FeS2 nanowires array embedded in anodic alumina membranes were fabricated by generating AAO template with nanochannels, electrodeposition Fe in them, and then sulfurizing the nanowires array. The morphology and the structure of FeS2nanowires were studied by SEM and XRD.4. Fabrication of highly ordered Cu and sulphide oxid nanowires array by AAO templateThe highly ordered Cu nanowires array with orientation along a direction perpendicular to (111) crystal plane has been fabricated by AAO template. And then, the Cu nanowires array reacted with sulfur in a vacuum condition at high temperature. At last, the CuS nanowires array was obtained. The highly ordered oxid nanowires array was prepared by template synthesis within AAO pores. The morphology and the structure of the nanowires were studied by SEM and XRD.
