The electrochemistry machine-finishing technology is the important processing method in the special processing domain. It is technology that compound the electrochemistry anode theory of dissociation with the function of mechanical scraping passive films. Because synthesized the electrolysis processing and the machine-finishing merit, the processing technology is low cost, and precision, and used in polishing the plane and curved surface. This article studies the linear compound tool electrochemistry machinery processing technology which use new compound tool, and simplify gap control processing, and highly effective eliminate passive films. This technology may enrich the electrochemistry machine-finishing theory and the practice content.A key point of realization linearity compound tool electrochemistry machine-finishing is the linear compound tool development. Under electrochemistry machine-finishing method theory instruction, taking the earlier period trial manufacturing compound tool as a foundation, this article developed one kind of linear compound tool which can be simple manufactured, which is reliable, and which has the good grinding compound cementation intensity and the good insulation. This article has carried on the effect confirmation and the parameter optimization experiment.The experiments platform has been redesigned. This equipment used PC and the movement control card to realize two axis movement of feeds and the linkage; It realized the both sides of tool cartridge to be able to output the power and to maintain the rotational speed synchronization; It Has designed the electrical brush and the seal structure which can steady work. Its main axle rotational speed may in 100~3000r/min adjustments, and support on both sides adjustment of the tool length also. The entire equipment satisfied the request of linear compound tool electrochemistry machine-finishing experiment well. This article also to processed the electrolyte of the Cr12 chilled steel in the foundation of correlation data, and carry on the electrolyte density proportion experiment. It has obtained the suitable electrolyte density proportion.The article carried on the experiment to the Cr12 chilled steel with the new developed the compound tool and equipment. The article has carried on the experiment of chilled steel polishing by single factor variance analysis, the double factor variance analysis and 3 level 7 factor orthogonal experiment. According to the mass data and analysis graphics obtained by experiment, the article has processed various parameters significance analysis, the trend analysis and the optimized processing parameter. After that, the article carried on the cutting processing according to the analysis result of experiment of Cr12 and obtained the success. Finally the article has contrasted the linear compound tool electrochemistry machine-finishing and pure mechanical, the pure electrolysis processing with surface quality, which confirmed the linear compound tool electrochemistry machine-finishing surpass the pure machinery and the electrolysis processing.The article finally summarized the massive tentative data and the phenomenon, and had pointed out the matter that needs further to enhance.
