The problem of slope stability relates to field about mine engineering, road and bridge engineering, hydraulic engineering, construction engineering and so on. As gradual increasing to energy demand and national economic development, slope stability has become one of focal points and is remarked by more and more people in our geotechnical engineering construction. Stability analysis and treatment of high slope becomes one critical segment of engineering success-fail. If treating is inappropriate, it results in slope destabilization and geological catastrophe like landslipe, slide is formed.Based on detailed geological reconnaissance, first-hand data is obtained against the landslide status of Fengyu Gou coal mine slope of Xishan Electric Coal Group. The slide stability is analysed to the typical cross section we selected in this paper, which uses the quantitative and qualitative method. An economic security reinforcement method is designed on basis of the analysis results. Fissure produce and development are restrained by Polypropylene fiber concrete spray-up that has the features of impervious, crack resistance and tensile resistance and has the uniform stress distribution, small stress value and good non-deformability. Due to the common concrete spray-up has the small tensile strength and bad impermeability, the polypropylene fiber concrete spray-up is put forward. Indoor mechanical property test is finished. Reinforced programme of anti-slide pile, anchorage cable and polypropylene fiber concrete spray-up is designed against type section of Fengyu Gou coal mine.According to geological regularities of distribution and presentation character of site deformation, typical analytical sections are selected and physical mechanical parameter test of rock is accomplished; Stability factor of selected slope is calculated through the unbalanced force transfer coefficient method is applied; bases on applying lagrangian analysis namely the procedure of FLAC-2D to simulate selected section, the most dangerous position , maximum displacement and stability factor of landslide are obtained and are compared with the result of transfer coefficient method. After the appropriate mechanical parameter of pile, anchorage cable and polypropylene fiber concrete spray-up is selected, the reinforcement effectiveness is calculated through FLAC-2D procedure. Reinforcement slope stability evaluation combine with monitoring results of slope displacement. It that is an advanced technology, safe reliable, economy and proper support formation is supplied to the mine rock high slope reinforcement by research finding in this paper.
