This article introduces the development of cane sugar procession, the application and development of air floatation technology and flocculant in the world. This article studies the polyzincsilicate, dihydrogen zinc phosphate and organic big molecule flocculation T1150. They compose two composite systems, and were used in the sugar manufacture clarification. This article applies the even design project to study two kinds of up-float clarifying technology systems on refine sugar-cane, acquires two kinds of mathematics model of the up-float clarifying technology, makes use of statistics the credibility that the analysis mathematics model, and proves that mathematics model that up-float clarifying technology establishes and cans go.This article also studies to polysilicate zinc (PSAZ), zinc phosphate-primary (Zn(H2PO4)2), T1150, the PH values, the heat temperature and the making bubble time and the internal relationship between two factors on the influence regulation of the up-float clearness effect. This study uses the tropic analyses and the net-optimization to get equation and optimized data, such as the range ofΔAP, color decrease rate, dirt decrease rate, which are affected by some factors. The mathematics square is optimized using the mesh. Two kinds of the best technological condition of the up-float attain by optimazation. The up-float system to contain PSAZ and T1150: the amount of PSAZ is 2.5 mL/L, the pH value is 11, the heat temperature is 95℃, the making bubble time is 7 seconds, the amount of T1150 is 4 mL/L. The up-float system to contain Zn( H2PO4)2 and T1150: the amount of Zn( H2PO4)2 is 1.5 mL/L, the pH value is 11, the heat temperature is 95℃, the making bubble time is 14 seconds, the amount of T1150 is 3.6 mL/L.The result shows that the apparent purity is high, the effect of remove muddy, the decolour efficiency, and the clean effect are well using the up-float system of PSAZ-T1150 compared with the Zn( H2PO4)2. PSAZ is not poisonous, the cost is cheap, the lost of sugar is little in the clarifying process, and there is more economic performance, so it is suit to use to refine sugar-cane in the up-float clearness.
