How to coordinate it with natural environment and protect natural environment,development social economy,sustainable development is becoming a extremely urgent topic of environmental protection in 21st century. Study on the environmental effect of water conservation and water electricity construction, which is advantageous to limit the harm of water conservation and water electricity construction and provides the theory basis of environment-protection measurements, has practical significance in improving the coordinate development between water conservation and water electricity construction and social economy and environmental benefits.This paper takes Da Gang Shan hydropower station in Da Du river as examples, analyzes the environmental questions of water conservation and water electricity construction. By investing in the open country and making experiment in the room to the dreg fields, basing on analysis the impact of important factors about soil and water loss problem, we make a prediction calculation about soil and water loss in degrees. On the other hand, we make a calculation about vegetation destruction in biology productive forces methods for biology compensates and biology loss. Basing on analysis of soil and water pollution, we get reasonable environmental protection measures and environmental processing suggestions.By quantitative research of environment question to the dreg fields in Da Gang Shan hydro power station in Da Du river, we get some conclusions.First: Tao Ping dreg field is mildly drains region. It is more serious than Tao Ba dreg field and Wa Jiao dreg field, soil erosion creates the soil to change thinner, the soil fertility drops, the soil and fossil particle materialization process strengthens, clay and organic matter and moisture content are more and more few. Through the room' s analysis result, the above phenomenon obtained had been proved, the soil resources productive forces was more and more low.Second: The dreg fields pile on the soil and cause the biological resources mainly the plant seriously have the loss, even if later period makes slope face environmental process, has compensated 8.66% biomasses, but the overwhelming majority of vegetation can not restore.Through the actual theory application in it, we discovered:Using the soil erosion only to predict the soil and water loss cannot show hazardous well. Analyzed the data which was obtained in the experiment room, combining analysis result to the soil erosion computation, which quantitative explain the harm of soil and water loss, is better. |
