SO2 is the main cause for "acid rain", which is a serious global environmental problem. How to remove SO2 in the flue—gas is a big challenge not only in China but also in the world. The paper generally illustrates the development of flue gas desulphurization technology in the world. Choose the circulating fluidized bed for flue gas destllfllrization(CFB—FGD). And then the study on mechanism of CFB FGD is carried out. The CFB FGD is reliable and simple with low invest and running cost; and the other of system.the hybrid Particulate collector Combine ESP and baghouse is introduced in the paper, then analysis it's point of technique . The CFD commercial software, Fluent, was adopted to simulate the flow field in the hybrid Particulate collector Combine ESP and baghouse. The results show that the airflow distribution is significantly improved with the airflow distribution boards. In order to analyze the influence of circulating fluidized bed flue gas desulfurization on electrostatic fabric filter designed the experiment of the system: prior to and after the operation of the desulfurization system a comparison analysis of the related characteristics at the inlet of an electrostatic precipitator was conducted. It has been found that after the operation of the desulfurization system the humidity of the flue gas at the inlet of the electrostatic precipitator has increased while its temperature and dust particle specific resistivity decreased, thus enhancing the system. And resistance of the filters was increased because of the CFB—FGD system.
