In view of the current, the bioremediation technology of the polluted water in the city was mainly used the shore-based bioreactor. This method had a good effect ion, but it will use a lot of energy and handle less water. So it is not suitable for repairing the larger waters. In this experiment, we research the polluted water in one park. We laid the biocides on the surface of the park water directly, and used the biological contact oxidation which areted 100L/h intermittently only at the hanging membrane phases.Biological filler used the natural biological bacteria in the park water as a seed source. We areted intermittently at the hanging membrane phases. During the day, 8-hour exposure at night to stop aeration. We cultivated the bacteria in the natural flowing conditions for 15 days, The appearance of the biofilm on the filler wire has undergone a colorless, short black green, yellow green, short black, black change process. Meanwhile filler wire on the biological also showed never appeared to correspond until the emergence of animal emblem-a series of changes in process. It signed the successful that the new type biological filler linking membrane dynamically in the river.During August to October, the concentration of COD is 33.27-160.03mg/L,that average removal rate is 40.00%;the concentration of Ammonia is between 3.66mg/L-18.08mg/L,that average removal rate is 36.43%;the concentration of TP is between 0.16mg/L-4.21mg/L,that average removal rate is 43.02%. This method can be seen a good removal efficiency, and can also provide an avenue for the urban water pollution bioremediation .Besides, it also provide further a feasible parameters for the large-scale applications.
