| In the thesis, the influence of initianial system,emulsifier system,functional monomer on compound emulsion were investigated . In order to further validated the properties of compound emulsion, we producted the emulsion that was synthesized into paint and tested the properties of paint.The microstucture and compound mechanism were investigated by IR TEM particle size and distribution. The result indicate that:1. In compound emulsion system,comparing with hot initianial system,redox initianial system far-forth reduced the temperature of compound system and improved the stability of system and single dispersion.2. The properties of compound emulsion were outstanding when reactive emulsifier SE-10N which was dissolved in organic solvent used with anion emulsifier. Comparing with reactive emulsifier which was dissolved water SAHA system, SE-10N system excelled in Ca+ stability but the reserve stability was a little poor.3. Introducing functional monomer AA into alkalescence emulsion system and testing its characterization ,the results indicated organic monomer and nanoparticle existing chemical bond and the compound particle structure was reformed by introducting functional monomer AA.4. In redox initianial system,we investigated further the influence of different silica sol content on compound system,the result indicated that all over properties reach the best when silica sol content reach 10-12% of compound latex system.5. The compound latex characteristic was investigated by latex particle size.particle distribution.IR and TEM.6. By devising paint formulation with conpound emulsion,the results indicate that latex system incomparable with pigment and filling7. We studied the rigidity shine and so on of latex paint in different silica sol content.The latex film rigidity reach the best when SiO2 content lied in 5-6%.When SiO2 content reach 4%,the latex film get stability around 2.
