In this paper, NdFeB resin magnetic-composites were prepared from the epoxy-phenolic resin masterbatch, which had been synthesized in the way of situ polymerization beforehand. The study encompassed the method, through which the NdFeB's surface was disposed, the caking property between the resin and NdFeB, and the influence, produced by the resin's content toward the mechanical property and the magnetic property of the composites. Moreover, through the solidified situation researched, the samples' reaction kinetics was studied.In this paper, NdFeB magnetic powder's surface was disposed by silane coupling agent first, and then the epoxy-phenolic resin was synthesized in the way of situ polymerization. Finally epoxy-phenolic NdFeB magnetic-composites were die-pressed and molded.Infrared spectra of epoxy phenolic / NdFeB carrier material structure, Analysis of the magnetic coupling of the structure and in-situ polymerization of the resin graft mechanism, as well as epichlorohydrin and phenolic resin masterbatch successful grafting were analyzed.DSC method of epoxy-based NdFeB magnets phenolic composite material non-isothermal curing kinetics. Kissinger respectively, and Crane Ozawa method of curing reaction activation energy, Reaction series analysis, and follow-up to the molding process to provide the curing process of reference.SEM study of the impact of the gap between the sample morphology of the surface samples for analysis. Comparison and analysis of the composite resin advantages lie.
