With modern industrial development, casting surface alloying technology because of the unique advantages of rapid development, However, due to the intensity of study or input is not, the products manufactured there alloy surface layer instability, slag, stomata casting defects to completely eliminate the problem. For it to the theoretical study, the mechanism is rather complicated, and it has not formed a complete theory. This is why the constraints of the technology in the production of industrial promotion.Given the above reasons, we use precast blocks alloy powder, the gravity field conditions, have a thickness of about 13.5mm Cast - chromium alloy layer. This paper studies a different cast infiltration process of the cast layer and the surface quality with the state, Analysis of the impact of Layer quality of a variety of factors, and to determine the optimum pouring temperature.
