This pipeline provides life-gas for more than 200million peoples and a lot of industry customer of middle and rear distract of the changjiang river, Takes charge important politics,social and economical liability. 44 compressors distribute along this pipeline. It is very important for safty and steady operation to manage and maintenance those compressors. This text researchs those progrem mostly:①Text introducted the dissertation background. It compared domestic and forign pipeline compressor maintenance and overhaul status, Taked out the significance to research WEPP compressor maintenance and overhaul configuration, layouted whole dissertation structure and content.②It looked back manage theory development about epuipment maintenance,Divided the whole maintenance and overhaul process using 5W2H method, Analysed every process maintenance strategy. It taked simulation and grid method,linear programming method,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method into maintenance and overhaul managing course.③It introduced wepp and wepp's compressor and interrelated working theory. Analysed WEPP compressor according to own characteristic then divide the compressor to key equipment,accessorial equipment,sustaining equipment,control equipment, analyses equipment maintenance speciality and present WEPP Maintenance and overhaul configuration, looked out the presented problem in compressor operating.④It designed the new WEPP compressor maintenance and overhaul configuration. First of all, designed the managing configuration target, then analysed maintenance process using linear programming method, looked out presented problem, designed maintenance process newly. Taked out integrative maintenance and overhaul configuration, checked up and analysed the work. Then analysed it using simulation and grid method, deduced out key equipment using CBM( Condition based maintenance),accessorial equipment and sustaining equipment using PM(Preventive maintenance),control equipment using BM( Break down maintenance),This multiplex maintenance manner permites more than one maintenance manner presenting at same time; Throught analysis using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, It discussed how to choose maintenance kind, then discussed spare part and people, taked out a new configuration scheme.⑤It discussed and analysed the risk to put the new configuration in practice.⑥It illuminated the effect of New compressor maintenance and overhaul managing structure.
