The power plant of Baosteel as a carrier of Baoshan iron and steel group co.,LTD.Iron and steel enterprise subordinate their own power plant,taking the Baoshan iron&steel company's demand,it is to maintain the steady production of Baosteel is mainly provides the most basic power supply.In recent years,with the expansion of the Baosteel steel production capacity,the self-provided power plant of Baosteel can provide electric energy is getting more and more difficult to guarantee their electricity consumption demand,and when more is to rely on social power to make up for their own power,also is the power supply,it is often said that the greater the inverted power supply,which means the higher cost of Baosteel steel.As Baosteel power plant unit equipment aging,however,arrange the necessary equipment overhaul the is inevitable,planned downtime maintenance crew is bound to affect output for the factory,output decreases-with the increasing electricity demand Baosteel has great contradiction.In this article,through the method of enterprise business process reengineering,process reengineering in Baosteel power plant equipment maintenance/repair in use and research,through to the on-site maintenance process reengineering to shorten repair time and reduce labor costs,improve the efficiency.If this method can be generated at the scene repair the actual effect,so the contradiction between power consumption and equipment maintnance company can appropriate relief.Obviously,on Baosteel power plant unit overhaul of a complete set of the difficulty of the process reengineering is a great,produced by the plant for the maintenance of a complete set of process reengineering is uncertain,there is a certain risk,is not easy to be accepted.Therefore,this article from the perspective of equipment system,select zero in Baosteel power plant unit overhaul of the gas system equipment maintenance as the research object,to say the Baosteel power plant equipment maintenance is a fully integrated,and the gas is a subset of the complete system maintenance.In this paper,througha subset of the gas system equipment maintenance process reengineering research of theproject,to verify whether the process reengineering theory to adapt to the actual conditions of power plant equipment maintenance,Baosteel and the next step in the repair process reengineering in the future to promote provide facts and cases.This article applies the theory and method of enterprise business processes,and on the basis of the principle of process reengineering,in combination with the practical situation of baosteel power plant equipment maintenance of the site,research to create a set of suitable for Yu Baogang power plant overhaul process reengineering model,and its use in power plant,the gas system maintenance process reengineering activities,through the repair process to cancel unnecessary process,simplified or merge similar terms,maintenance process reengineering professional gas turbine system,in order to achieve the purpose of the maintenance process reengineering-reducing unit overhaul time,reduce the labor costs and improve work efficiency.The maintenance time significantly shortened,can create conditions for the unit started early,unit starts ahead of increasing the opportunity,the increase of power generation not only created a substantial profits for the enterprise,and relieve the contradictions of companies large electricity consumption gap.
