With the development of modern electronic and information technology, it was of great significance to develop on a high performance large power NiZn soft magnetic ferrite materials with high permeability, high curie temperature, high density, high saturation magnetization and low loss. The effects of preparation technology(ball-milled, formed, calcinated and sintered), dopants(Bi2O3 and V2O5), ion substitutions (Co2+, Cu2+ and Mn2+) and compositions(ZnO content) in the principal composition on the properties of NiZn ferrites were analyzed and discussed respectively. This dissertation focused on high energy mechanical milling wet electronic ceramic powder metallurgy technology of high-permeability NiZn ferrites. In the experiments, the phase of the powder obtained after being ball-milled or being calcinated were investigated by X-ray diffraction instruction (XRD). The magnetic properties of the NiZn ferrites samples were measured in detail.The results showed that proper ball-milling time and suitable ball-milling media could promot the properties of NiZn ferrites. The effects of forming pressure and sintering temperature was obivious, the Reasonable Choice of processing parameters on forming and sintering was great sgnificance. The proper ion substitution and ZnO content could make materials have high initial permeabilityμi, high saturation magnetic flux density Bs, high curie temperature Tc, high resistivityρand low relative loss factor tanδ/μi. In addition, proper dopants could improve initial permeabilityμi, reduce power loss Pcv and keep high density D.Meanwhile, the formulations of NiZn ferrites was optimum designed and the ball-milling, forming and sintering technology was innovated and improved based on the above investigation. And then there approaches were prepared the high performance large power NiZn soft magnetic ferrite materials.
