Now stock companies have been the dominant power and important support of the national economy . Reformed by share system and separated capital , stock companies have relative perfect system without heavy burdens , especially , a wider financing channel speeds up projects development . while, with the protean economic environment overseas and home , in particular , China has been the member of WTO , the development of enterprise has be restricted by the old product direction and laggard managing method . As other companies ,Lu Yuan company is facing above problems too . So it is very significant in both theory and practice that the enterprise strengthenes management , establishs and implements the efficient marketing strategy and marketing-mix strategy to meet the market demand . Based on the theories and methods of marketing strategic management of developed countries , referring to the practice of Lu Yuan Company , a whole set of scientific and feasible marketing strategic plan is proposed in the article . It provides important scientific proof for enterprise leaders to unificate understanding and make strategic decisions.With the reference of marketing strategy management , thinking Lu Yuan Company as the studying object , on the base of the much authentic proof , by the means of combining theory with practice , qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis , reality analysis with future forecast , the article analyzed the whole industrial environment systematically , such as industrial policy , supply and demand relations, products character , competitive situation , developing trend, etc . Secondary , in the article , I have a thorough discussion on the enterprise marketing ability , advantage and disadvantage in competition , developing opportunities and developing pressure . And then , the strategic aim and the general strategic plan have been put forward clearly in this article on the base of market segmentation, target market and product position . At last , the marketing strategic plan is transformed into detailed and feasible combination of marketing strategy , those are Customer strategy , Cost strategy , Convenience strategy and Communication strategy .The article is divided into six chapters .First chapter introducts the topic background and study meaning, the article structure and the main standpoints and conclusions . Second chapter elaborates the theory proof for the marketing strategic research . Third chapter carries on the thorough analysis to the marketing environment of the Luyuan company agriculture film. Fourth chapter analyzes the interior resources ability of Luyuan Company.Fifth chapter gives a marketing strategy for the luyuan company agricultural film. The main conclusion is drew in the sixth chapter .
