With the increasing production capacity of polyethylene catalysts in various production enterprises and the increasing number of competitors,the competition in the polyethylene catalyst industry is increasingly fierce,and the marketing pressure of polyethylene catalysts is also increasing.In order to improve the marketing strategy of polyethylene catalyst in X company,the main problems of marketing strategy of polyethylene catalyst in X company were studied by using the methods of literature analysis,SWOT analysis,PEST analysis and case study,and combining with the relevant data of X company in recent three years,in order to improve the marketing strategy of polyethylene catalyst in X company.It can provide reference for the improvement of marketing strategy of X Company and other polyethylene catalyst manufacturers.Through the research,it is found that X company's polyethylene catalyst marketing mainly faces such prominent problems as too single product type,lack of competitiveness in product pricing,inadequate initiative in promotion strategy,narrow product sales channels and so on.In view of the current marketing problems faced by X Company,X Company should choose to rely on the support of China's petroleum market,continue to strengthen cooperation with scientific research institutes,broaden the breadth and depth of product mix,adopt positive marketing strategies,and enhance the market share of marketing strategies to cope with the marketing problems faced in that year.
