The size modulation and stabilization effect of Vitamin C (Vc)and amino acid to the selenium nanoparticles (Nano Se0)in aqueous solution has been studied with the Transmission electron microscope (TEM),laser scattering (LS),Resonance Rayleigh Scattering (RRS),ultraviolet and visible spectrum (UV-VIS) and infrared spectrum(IR).1.The size modulation and stabilization effect of Vitamin C(Vc)The size modulation and stabilization effect of Vitamin C(Vc) has been studied, and the Vc-Nano Se0 was prepared. The LS results showed that when the Vc≤4mmol·L-1, the mean diameter of the Nano Se0 was more than 300nm, and the range of the Nano Se0 was large; when the Vc≥0.05mol·L-1, the mean diameter of the Nano Se0 was less than 100nm; and the range of the Nano Se0 was narrow. The TEM results showed the shape of Nano Se0 was familiar with ball. The RRS results showed that the Vc has good stabilization effect to the Nano Se0. The IR spectrum showed there were new absorb peaks appeared which predicated the contract between Vc and the Nano Se0.2. The size modulation and stabilization effect of single amino acid(Ami)The size modulation and stabilization effect of 6 single amino acid (Glycine, Lyscine, Proline,Methionine,Serine,Arginine) has been studied,and 6 Ami-Nano Se0 were prepared. The LS results showed that they all have the size modulation and stabilization ability to the Nano Se0, and their ability are different with each other. The Gly- Nano Se0 was steady in 40 days. The TEM results showed the shape of Nano Se0 was familiar with ball. The RRS results showed that the single amino acid have good stabilization effect to the Nano Se0. The IR spectrum showed there were new absorb peaks appeared which predicated the contract between single amino acid and the Nano Se0. 3.The size modulation and stabilization effect of mixed amino acid(Amis)The size modulation and stabilization effect of 2 Amis (Lyscine + Arginine, Serine + Histidine) have been studied. The LS results showed that they all have the size modulation and stabilization ability to the Nano Se0, and different with each other. The TEM results showed the shape of Nano Se0 was familiar with ball. The IR spectrum showed there were new absorb peaks appeared which predicated the contract between Amis and the Nano Se0.
