Selenium nanoparticle(Nano-Se) is a novel Se species with novel biological activities and low toxicity.but it was unstable and could further aggregate into gray and black elemental Se without modifiers or stabilizers.5-fluorouracil,Cisplatin, Cytarabine are the most widely used anticancer drugs,In this study,we describe a size-controlled synthesis of selenium nanoparticles based on the reduction of selenious acid by L-ascorbic acid(Vc) in the presence of anticancer drugs and ATP. we combined selenium nanoparticles with anticancer drugs in order to obtain useful materials for medication.The nanoparticles are characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM), Resonance Rayleigh Scattering(RRS),laser light scattering image(LLS).The interaction between Se and modifiers was examined by ultraviolet and visible spectrum(UV-VIS),infrared spectrum(IR),Raman spectrum,Nano Zeta The modulation mechanism was investigated.1.The size modulation and stabilization effect of 5-fluorouracilThe size modulation and stabilization effect of 5-fluorouracil has been studied, The results show the Se nanoparticles modulated by 5-FU have good particle dispersion When the concentration of Se~0≤64μmol/L.When the concentration of Se~0 was 4 to 64μmol/L,the average diameter of selenium particles modified by5-FU was 23.8 to 70.6nm,and the selenium particles were sphere.And the nanometer se~0 sol-gel was stable.But when the concentration of Se~0≥256μmol/L,the mean diameter of the Nano Se~0 was more than 200nm,and the range of the Nano Se~0 was large,Selenium nanoparticle was unstable and quick deposit.The IR spectrum,Raman spectrum showed there were new absorb peaks appeared which predicated the contract between 5-fluorouracil and the Nano Se~0.2.The size modulation and stabilization effect of ATPThe size modulation and stabilization effect of ATP has been studied,and the ATP-Nano Se~0 was prepared.The results show the Se nanoparticles modulated by ATP have good particle dispersion,when the concentration of Se0≤2000μmol/L. When the concentration of Se~0 was 400to 2000μmol/L,the average diameter of selenium particles modified by ATP was 37.6 to 85.7nm,and the selenium particles were sphere.And the nanometer se~0 sol-gel was stable.The IR spectrum,Raman spectrum showed there were new absorb peaks appeared These changes indicate that there are interactions between Se and ATP.3.The preparation of the complex(Antieancer drugs-ATP-NanoSeAnticancer drugs-selenium nanoparticle,a novel complex,was synthesized. The laser scattering results show that the Se nanoparticles im the complex have good particle dispersion.The TEM results showed the shape ofNano Se~0 was sphere. And the nanometer se~0 sol-gel was stable.
